Job responsibilities:

Research, design and develop electronic and electrical devices and modules related to semiconductor packaging equipment, as well as later board level debugging and corresponding system testing

Job requirements:

1.Master degree or above in electronic and electrical / automation control / microelectronics

2.Analog circuit, power electronics technology, digital circuit and other related knowledge background, participated in the development of power electronics related projects

3.It has a strong foundation in the design and analysis of low-power analog, high-speed digital and mixed signal circuits

4.Practical working experience and knowledge in one or more of the following areas will be preferred

➢Master the analysis and design of power management

➢Master electromagnetic compatibility and electrical system design

➢Master sensor circuit design and weak signal processing

➢Master electronic test and measurement technology

➢Experience in electronic and electrical module development

➢Experience in digital circuit design, verification and development based on FPGA

5.Familiar with various embedded processors, microcontrollers and digital signal processors

6.Experience in high-speed circuit PCB design, analysis and wiring

7.Familiar with CAE / CAD tools, such as pads, AutoCAD, HyperLynx

8.Familiar with the use of logic analyzer, oscilloscope and other measuring instruments

9.Strong ability to analyze and solve problems, communication and execution; Good team spirit
