Job responsibilities:
Research and implementation of motion dynamic analysis and control algorithm for semiconductor packaging equipment
Job requirements:
1. Master's degree or above in automatic control / Automation / Applied Mathematics / control
2.Experience in automatic control research
3.Practical working experience and knowledge in one or more of the following areas will be preferred
➢Understand and master servo control, robust control, and adaptive control
➢Master the knowledge of electromechanical system dynamics analysis
